Kingshurst Village Centre

(Updated 19th August 2011) The NSP are committed to improving the Kingshurst parade. As part of the listening event that LINK held in June we started to talk to the local community about what they like and don't like about the existing parade.

Bacon's End Village Centre

The location of this Viallage Centre is within the Gateway South Cluster.  We are currently developing a masterplan for this area which we are calling the Cole Valley Vision. For more information about the Cole Valley Vision click here.

North Arran Way Village Centre

(Updated 1st November 2011) The North Arran Way Village Centre will be situated in the heart of Smiths Wood. The new Village Centre will be developed in separate phases and will include a new primary school, community facilities, a new high street, new shops and offices.

Craig Croft Village Centre

The £40million Craig Croft scheme is expected to be the largest of the five village centres, Craig Croft will contain a new primary school, Community facilities, health care, retail and an enterprise centre.

Bosworth Drive Village Centre

We are currently focusing on delivering the Village Centres in North Arran Way and Craig Croft before we start to look at further Village Centres.  We will talk to you further about the Village Centre as part of the masterplanning of the Bosworth Drive Cluster.
