Roles
Regenerating North Solihull is a complex project that demands a great level of commitment and co-operation from all of our four partners, and most importantly the support from the local community. As a private and public sector partnership, each partner has a specific role:
- Bellway Homes - building and designing all the new homes in the area.
- Inpartnership - working to create the new Village Centres and has an overall strategic role in the project.
- Solihull Council - supporting the rebuilding of schools and developing a new model for Children's Services.
- Whitefriars Housing Group - looks after Community Engagement, Housing Strategy and demolitions.
