Henley Grange (NAW 9)

This development is located between Auckland Drive and Chaffinch Drive.

Consultation with local residents and stakeholders was carried out on our detailed design for this area in March 2009.  Click here to see the results of that consultation.

Following this consultation a planning application was submitted and approval was given in September 2009 to build 64 Apartments and Houses.  Click here to go to Planning Services and type in Ref. 2009/1048 to view the approved site plan and associated documents.

In February 2010, a minor amendment to swap three sale plots was approved.  Click here to go to Planning Services and type in Ref. 2009/2064 to view the amendment.

Construction started on this site in Spring 2010.
