Consultation with local residents and stakeholders was carried out on our detailed design for this area in June 2009.  Click here to see the results of that consultation.

Following this consultation a planning application was submitted and approval was given in September 2009 to build 13 two and three bed Houses for rent.  Click here to go to Planning Services and type in Ref. 2009/1207 to view the approved site plan and associated documents.

Construction started on this site in May 2010 and was completed in Autumn 2010.  All properties are now occupied.
