Babbs Mill (KHBM 4 & Former Lakeside Club)
This development is located in Dunton Road and includes the site of the former Lakeside Club.
Consultation with local residents and stakeholders was carried out on our detailed design for the area in March 2011. Click here to see the results of that consultation.
Following this consultation, a planning application was submitted to build 35 houses for sale and rent.
In June 2011, following strong feeling from the community, North Solihull Partnership agreed to amend the planning application to retain the garage site in Dunton Road. Click here to view the letter to residents explaining the decision.

As of April 2012, demolition of the residential properties has been completed and construction has started.
