Kings Wood (Kingshurst School Residual Land)

This development is located on Gilson Way. Consultation with local residents and stakeholders was carried out on our detailed design for this area in November 2007. Following this consultation a planning application was submitted and approval was given in May 2008 to build 24 Houses and Apartments.

This development is located in Dunton Road and includes the site of the former Lakeside Club. Consultation with local residents and stakeholders was carried out on our detailed design for the area in March 2011.
