This development is located off Fillingham Close, Compton Croft and Barnard Close.

Consultation with local residents and stakeholders was carried out on our detailed design for this area in March 2010.  Click here to see the results of that consultation.

Following this consultation, a planning application was submitted and approval was given on 19 August 2010 to build 42 properties for sale and rent.
