Whitlock Way (CC1,2&4)
This development is located in Carisbrooke Avenue. Consultation with local residents and stakeholders was carried out on our detailed design for this area in August 2006 alongside initial ideas for Craig Croft Village Centre.
Keepers Gate (CC3)
This development is located on Chelmsley Road next to Keepers Lodge Centre. Consultation with local residents and stakeholders was carried out on our detailed design for this area in August 2006. Following this consultation a planning application was submitted and approval was given in June 2007 to build 43 Houses and Apartments for sale.
Arden Court (CC5)
This development is located on Dunster Road. Consultation with local residents and stakeholders was carried out on our detailed design for this area in August 2007. Following this consultation a planning application was submitted and approval was given in April 2008 to build a 29 Houses for sale and rent.
Pike Drive & Roach Close (CC6)
This development is located on Pike Drive and Roach Close. Consultation with local residents and stakeholders was carried out on our detailed design for this area in March 2008. Click here to see the results of that consultation.
Bluebell Court (Former Bluebell Public House)
This development is located on Yorkminster Drive, on the site of the former Bluebell Public House. A Planning Application was submitted and approved in March 2012 to build 15 two-bedroom apartments for rent with associated parking.
Dovedale Park (CC8)
This development is located off Fillingham Close, Compton Croft and Barnard Close. Consultation with local residents and stakeholders was carried out on our detailed design for this area in March 2010.
